TP-Link EAP668-Outdoor HD AX3600 Indoor/Outdoor WiFi 6 Access Point
The TP-Link EAP668-Outdoor HD AX3600 Indoor/Outdoor WiFi 6 Access Point delivers fast wireless anywhere. It uses WiFi 6 IEEE 802.11ax technology and supports older 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac devices too. The AX3600 dual-band design gives 1148Mbps on 2.4GHz and 2402Mbps on 5GHz. You can stream video, join calls, and browse smoothly on many devices together. Four external N-type omnidirectional antennas are included, each rated at 6dBi for dual-band use. They spread signal evenly in all directions around the device. This makes it a practical outdoor wireless access point for yards, campuses, and parking areas.
The TP-Link EAP668-Outdoor HD WiFi 6 Access Point resists rain and dust with IP67. It operates from -40°C to 70°C, handling harsh winters and hot summers. Power arrives through one cable using IEEE 802.3at/bt PoE input. This removes the need for a separate power outlet near the installation spot. The PoE-out feature needs an 802.3bt PoE input to work. Power consumption is 20.2W for EU models and 25.4W for US models. These details help you plan cabling and choose the right PoE switch. A PoE access point like this keeps outdoor installation neat and simple.
The TP-Link EAP668-Outdoor HD WiFi 6 Access Point offers three wired connections. You get one 2.5Gbps Ethernet port, one Gigabit Ethernet port, and one 10G SFP+ interface. The faster uplink keeps wireless speeds from slowing at the network backbone. As a TP-Link Omada access point, it supports Omada Mesh networking. Mesh links let you extend coverage where running a cable is difficult. Seamless roaming with 802.11k/v/r keeps your devices connected while you move. Calls and streams continue smoothly as phones switch between access points. This suits large properties and event grounds needing several access points.
The TP-Link EAP668-Outdoor HD AX3600 Indoor/Outdoor WiFi 6 Access Point handles busy networks well. 4×4 MU-MIMO and uplink and downlink OFDMA serve many clients at once. 1024-QAM, band steering, beamforming, and airtime fairness improve speed and signal for each device. WPA3 enterprise security, captive portal authentication, VLAN, and access control protect your network. A guest WiFi network keeps visitors separate from your main devices. You can create 16 SSIDs, with 8 on each band. The MAC filter holds up to 4,000 entries for tighter control.
