Welcome to Brotherhood IT Shop (bhits.com.bd), operated by Brotherhood IT Solutions, 91/C, Road 7/A, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1209, Bangladesh. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • These terms apply to all purchases made on bhits.com.bd, by phone, or at our office.
  • We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
  • You must provide correct name, phone number and delivery address. Orders with false or incomplete information may be cancelled.

2. Products and Information

  • We make every effort to show accurate product names, images, specifications and prices. Images are for illustration; colour, packaging and design may vary slightly from the actual product.
  • Specifications are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice. Please confirm compatibility with your system before buying, or ask our team for advice.
  • All products sold by us are genuine and sourced from authorised distributors or importers.

3. Price

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Delivery charges are extra unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices can change without prior notice due to market, currency or supplier changes. The price confirmed by our team at order confirmation is final.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders and Cancellation

  • An order is confirmed only after our team verifies it by phone call and email and, where required, receives the advance payment.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or failure to reach the customer.
  • You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. After dispatch, delivery and return charges must be paid by the customer.
  • Pre-order, special-order and imported-on-request products cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the supplier; the advance payment is non-refundable in that case.

5. Payment

  • We accept bKash, Nagad and bank transfer. Cash on Delivery is not available; every order is paid in advance.
  • Our official bKash / Nagad number for Send Money is +8801711091016. Brotherhood IT will never ask you to pay to any other personal number. Enter the Transaction ID at checkout when you place the order.
  • Payment made to any number or account other than those officially published by us is the customer's own risk.

6. Delivery

Delivery time, charges and receiving rules are described in our Delivery Information page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty

  • Warranty is provided by the manufacturer or its authorised distributor in Bangladesh. The warranty period is mentioned on the product page and on your invoice.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover physical damage, burns, liquid damage, electrical surge, rust or fungus, broken pins, removed or damaged serial / warranty stickers, or unauthorised repair.
  • Batteries, adapters, and accessories usually carry a shorter warranty than the main product. Software, operating system installation and data are not covered.
  • Warranty service time depends on the manufacturer and may take from a few days up to several weeks. Brotherhood IT is not responsible for any data loss; please back up your data before handing over a product.
  • The original invoice and box must be presented for any warranty claim.

8. Return and Refund

  • Products are not returnable for change of mind, incompatibility, or after being used, once received in good condition.
  • A product that is defective on arrival, wrong, or physically damaged in transit can be replaced if reported within 24 hours of delivery, with the product, box and accessories intact.
  • Software, licenses, digital products, and opened consumables (ink, toner, etc.) are not returnable.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method. Mobile banking or gateway charges may be deducted.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Brotherhood IT's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that product.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of data, business, profit or time arising from the use or failure of a product.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or courier or network failures.

10. Use of the Website

  • All content on this website, including text, logos and design, belongs to Brotherhood IT Solutions or its partners and may not be copied without permission. Product names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners.
  • You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or place fake orders.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Dhaka.
